Dirty rooms , toilets smell

Room was very good. Staff was polite and helpful. Ambience was also good.

Staff were very cooperative and polite . Check in and check out was very easy and simple.It was a very pleasant and cool stay. We had a very comfortable 4days here as a family.

1st day had issues with tv,geyser,lights and wifi ... everything was fixed quickly except wifi which didn't work at all for four days ?

Very poor service and cleanliness and no car parking there is no comfort.

The hotel's Location is near the Lake so it's good.

There is no intercom facility to contact for room service. The bathroom was horrible and unhygienic.While booking the hotel, a parking facility was shown in the property details but they made us park somewhere near the hotel. Their response and service was not good.

only like the location for the property is easy accessible to all the tourist spot

rooms are not as per the picture showed in the -profile, sorry to say the rooms are very small to use for families best for 2 ppl not for families

Location-wise, it's a nice place. It is located inside the town. I am very satisfied with the service. The breakfast is good.

The room maintenance is very poor and the room isn't clean or hygienic. Bad smell when enter into the room.

It was a pathetic experience..the hotel was not at all acceptable..the hotel was gloomy and the service was so poor, that you can't stay there for an hour.

It is not at all a hotel it was a religious ground for a specific community..Booking.com should ensure to visit and highlight the issue to all the travelers before enlisting it to their website.

Location of the property.

1. Limited Breakfast options (just there as a mere formality).2. Advertised wifi available but even after several requests/complaints, wifi connection is very poor.3. Hot water supply is not continuous with good temperature (Being a hilly area, it's a must especially during family travel).4. Overall monetary value with the facilities provided is very far from good.

Rooms are okay

Service is not good. Very very delayed food service. After long wait they say the ordered food not available. Also food is too costly. Don’t take package tour from the hotel. It’s very costly, they charged me Rs.5500 but outside is Ra.4200.

It was very close to the city center and easy accessible. The rooms were neat, friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The bath room fittings were to be maintained. since very close to the center and on the main road air flow was very little.

There were bugs in the room, the bathroom was not clean, a bad odour was there, I had to purchase a toilet fragrance and put it in the bathroom, even though the bad smell was there, ideally they have to fix an exhaust fan in the bathroom

Hotel staff were cooperative. Service was promptLocation was excellent, very near to Ooty lake.Also parking lot was good

Room was not having good sunlight, it was feeling damp. The toilet was a bit dark and damp. The food tasted moderate. The dining area is really very small. Not worth of 7000/- including GST for one night

Worst ever no hot water no tv was working its too expensive very small rooms not at all comfortable only redtsurant staffs are good in this price any o e can eadily get some other best hotels in ooty

Pathetic place don't stay

No proper service from hotel staff, food pathetic, would never recommend for anyone , paid 22k would have booked Radisson or much better option

Convinient parking good location, good buffet breakfast

No toiletries in room, no towels, no floor mat, linens seems to be very old and needs refurbishment.

Extra blanket was asked in reception but the blanket was not provided..Even they would have asked pay extra for it...we could have paid but I was freezing all night..

The room is totally unclean, Full bed bugs , Dustbins are not clean, Towels, the bathroom is a total collapse with broken taps and not clean at all. This hotel's breakfast is very waste not even a single boiled egg they are unable to keep after getting this much money. No salt in many food. This hotel is a cheating hotel. It is a shame for booking.com to keep tie up with this sort of hotels

Horrible cleanliness and we booked something and got different rooms.
